April 1, 2024, we are enhancing our Business Online Banking portal for a fresh, user-friendly experience. The enhancement will happen automatically and seamlessly. Here is what to expect.
What’s New:
- A fresh, responsive experience that works on any device
- Improved navigation that's designed for flexible display and fewer user actions
- Improved password management and self-service options
Your account information and login credentials are unchanged. With the enhancements, we have implemented the latest authentication technology to further protect your accounts. On April 1,you will be prompted to confirm your identity with a PIN code when you first log in after the upgrade. From time to time, you may be prompted to confirm your identity through a PIN code if you log in from a new device.
Once inside Online Banking, you will notice some menu items and user actions have been reorganized to make it easier and faster to find what you need. Some key changes include:
- Money Movement is now Move Money
- Statements is now Documents
- Contact Us is now Secure Messaging
- User Information is now Self Administration
- Service Requests (formerly Forms) is now located in the tabs inside Secure Messaging
